Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
