- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, followed by the vanilla.
- Fold in your flour mixture until just combined.
- Toss in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop onto a prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
Notes
For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them to keep a soft center. Chilling the dough before baking is recommended for the best texture.
