- 8 oz feta cheese block, crumbled
- ½ block cream cheese (4 oz)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- More basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (for topping)
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes and mix in the basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar. Stir well and let it soak for a bit.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, feta, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
- Layer the tomato mixture and cheese mixture in a serving dish.
- Top with chopped basil, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
