Description

Burger Bowls offer all the flavors of a burger without the bread, perfect for a low-carb option and customizable with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
