Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)
- Extra cookie crumbles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mix into dry ingredients and gently stir to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread a layer of softened cream cheese over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon, crushed cookies, and mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and extra milk until smooth for the icing.
- Drizzle icing over rolls and top with extra cookie crumbles.
