- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a scoop of batter onto the skillet.
- Swirl some of the brown sugar mixture on top of the batter.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Serve with cream cheese frosting drizzled on top if desired.
