Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Fold in the blueberries gently. We are treating the blueberries like precious gems.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs and a pinch of salt, mixing until incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These protein balls can last up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge. You can substitute fruits or the dairy ingredients to make them fit your dietary preferences.
