Description

Delicious and healthy protein balls that taste like creamy blueberry cheesecake, perfect for a snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. Fold in the blueberries gently. We are treating the blueberries like precious gems.
  3. Add the graham cracker crumbs and a pinch of salt, mixing until incorporated.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These protein balls can last up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge. You can substitute fruits or the dairy ingredients to make them fit your dietary preferences.
