Description

A delicious, creamy pasta dish packed with protein from lean ground beef and a choice of heavy cream or Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream (or Greek yogurt) and shredded cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
