- 8 oz pasta (any shape)
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream (or Greek yogurt) and shredded cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for an extra protein boost. Feel free to swap ingredients based on your preferences.
