- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnishing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
For a vegan version, use cashew or coconut milk instead of heavy cream, and nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan.
