A comforting creamy pasta dish featuring cherry tomatoes and garlic, perfect for any weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

For a vegan version, use cashew or coconut milk instead of heavy cream, and nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan.
