Crispy Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (gluten-free optional)
  • 1 cup water or plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Plenty of oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, water (or milk), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the mixture and shake off the excess.
  4. Drizzle oil onto a baking sheet, spread the florets into a single layer, and pat with more oil.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider flipping the florets halfway through baking.
