Description

A creamy and tangy macaroni salad that brings the classic flavors of deviled eggs to your picnic table.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled macaroni, chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, and onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Remember to taste as you go!
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Garnish with paprika and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, make this salad ahead of time and store in the fridge. Avoid adding paprika until ready to serve.
