Ingredients

- 200g Pasta of choice (spaghetti, linguine, etc.)
- 4 cloves Garlic (sliced or minced)
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant but not browned.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix to coat in the garlic oil.
- If it seems dry, add reserved pasta water as needed.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Feel free to use any type of pasta you have on hand. This dish can be made ahead of time and the flavors improve over time.
