A creamy and dreamy dip featuring roasted jalapeños, blended with cream cheese and BBQ sauce for a flavor-packed snack.

- 3 large jalapeños, roasted
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60ml) BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste (start with 1/2 tsp salt)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place whole jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes, turning halfway.
- Once they’re cooled, peel the skins off and remove the stems.
- In a food processor, combine the roasted jalapeños, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Spoon into a serving bowl, drizzle BBQ sauce decoratively, and swirl.
- Serve warm or chill in the fridge for about an hour.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead of time and is great with chips, veggies, or crispy bread.
