- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses in a mixing bowl.
- Sauté garlic in a skillet until fragrant, then add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Stir the tomato garlic mixture into the cheeses.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crostini, crackers, or grilled veggies.
Notes
Feel free to add red pepper flakes for an extra kick or substitute other cheeses like goat cheese or cheddar.
