- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground chicken with salt and pepper; then spread it out on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust.
- Bake the chicken crust for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Mix the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and half of the Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
- Spread the lettuce mixture over the chicken crust.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, the remaining Parmesan, and croutons.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
