A delightful fusion of chicken Caesar salad and pizza served as a creative and satisfying dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground chicken with salt and pepper; then spread it out on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust.
  3. Bake the chicken crust for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  5. Mix the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and half of the Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
  6. Spread the lettuce mixture over the chicken crust.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese, the remaining Parmesan, and croutons.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
