Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh dill or mint, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed greens or lettuce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs. Mix well.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over a bed of mixed greens or lettuce.

Notes
