Description

A creamy and comforting salad made with shredded chicken and tzatziki ingredients, perfect for meal prep or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill or mint, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens or lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs. Mix well.
  2. Fold in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve over a bed of mixed greens or lettuce.

Notes
