Preparation

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and let cool.
  • Cut the cooled potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, chopped tomatoes, and fresh herbs.

Assembly

Notes
